Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is confident his Reserves players will impress if they are given a chance in the first team this summer.
The squad Sir Alex Ferguson takes to Asia in July is likely to be a mixture of established first-teamers and second-string prospects eager to put themselves in the spotlight.
Last summer Tom Cleverley and Rodrigo Possebon both impressed on the tour of South Africa and were rewarded with senior squad numbers, the latter making his debut on the opening day against Newcastle.
And this year Zoran Tosic has already declared his intention to impress at the UEFA Under-21 Championships in Sweden and earn a place on the tour.
Reserves manager Solskjaer told ManUtd.com: "The boss will certainly give some of my lads the opportunity to prove what they can do, and it’s a chance for them to stake a claim to be in and around the first team.
